In Influence you may want to check the Enquiry Source for where you have got your data from. We have created 2 IQ Reports that can list the details of the enquiry source of Candidates and Vacancies added to the system. These may be useful for you, as you can then track how you are getting data into the system.

This report gives a summary of the number of Candidates added to the database between two dates and shows the total from each Enquiry Source. The Enquiry Source looks at the drop-down at the top right of the candidate record to analyse which enquiry source they came from

Notes/Special Features
The report relies on users correctly completing the "Enquiry Source" field on a candidate when they add a new one to the database.
Installation
You will need: IX_CANBYENQS.IQX or IX_CANBYENQS.ZIP
The report can be installed on Influence Professional systems from version 1.00.14.109 or later by downloading the report attached to this article, then Dragging/dropping the report onto the [I Query] workbench within the [Admin] section of the system. On newer systems, you can load the *.Zip version of the report.
Vacancies Added by Enquiry Source
This report gives a summary of the number of Vacancies added to the database between two dates and shows the total from each Enquiry Source. The Enquiry Source looks at the drop-down at the top centre of the Vacancy record to analyse which enquiry source they came from.
Vacancies with a Enquiry Source will be reported as 'Unknown code'.
