This report will prompt for a client status, and then produce a list of clients, whowing whether any Health & Saftey info has been recorded, using the Yellow Triangle in the toolbar of the Client record.
Navigator at the left hand side can be used to open client records.

Notes/Special Features
The report uses a calculated field to work out if any info has been recorded using the 'Yellow Triangle' at the top of the client record.
Usage
RUN the report.. After the report has run, re-select the report to see the output. The report shows the selected cleints and whether they have any H&S info (or not)
Installation
The report can be installed on Influence Professional systems from version 1.00.14.109 or later by downloading the report attached to this article, then Dragging/dropping the report onto the [I Query] workbench within the [Admin] section of the system. On newer Systems you can load the *.zip version of the report.
