Influence has a Payroll integration with GIANT. You can find out more about GIANT's payroll services from their website - here. https://www.giantgroup.com/giant-payroll
Essentially, it is possible to enter timesheets in Influence, and then export the information as several files, that are then sent to GIANT for import into their Payroll solution.

1) System Setup / Parameters
Below are the parameters you will need to look at in order to setup the system to export timesheet details to GIANT.

Export files will be sent to GIANT using ftp. You will need to contact GIANT to find the details for their FTP server, and then these details will need to be put into the parameters below.

2) How to Export Timesheets to GIANT
Exporting the Timesheet information to giant is a simple process, as described below.
Step 1:
Go to TIMESHEET ENTRY, select the date range and filter the list to show Entered Timesheets ( )
Click the [EXPORT] button at the bottom left, and choose Giant () from the pop-up window.

The system will show a PATH where the 4 x files will be exported. Click [OK] to export the files.
(It can be changed if you like, and is controlled via parameter TEMPS, PATHS (1) )
Step 2:
After the files have been generated the system will ask if you want to update these reodrds to show them as "PAID" - normally you would want to say "YES" since the information has been sent to GIANT, and you want to reflect in Influence that these records will now be 'paid'.
The files that you generated in Step (1) will be sent to GIANT, and can then be imported into their PAYROLL system.
the files will be sent via FTP.
| NOTE: To send the files to GIANT, the system uses the information stored in Parameters TEMPS, Free Text (4-7) Please remember to get these FTP details from GIANT so they can be stored in your Influence system. |
