Exporting Data / Tables

From time to time it is necessary to export your data from Influence, perhaps for use in a third party product, or application.

It is possible to extract or export the data from Influence and every table can be downloaded from the system, from within the Database management >> Table Maintenance options.

For more information about exporting data, please contact Influence directly.

For data security purposes we will only supply data extract information to business owners or directors.

A copy is also available in the company Google drive, under the Training From Old Server folder in the How Do I sub-folder. ]

i.e. Login to Google Drive.

Go to Training From Old Server -> How Do I -> find the file Exporting Influence Tables.docx

(There is also a copy of this which includes a little more info, called

Exporting Influence Tables - Staff Only - Full info.docx    which should only be sent if authorised by a director, and only if the client really insists on more info. )
