The latest version of Influence (1.00.15.084) brings consultants the ability to rank temps:
You can assign an overall thumb up or thumb down for the candidate, as well as a thumb up or thumb down based on the site. To assign a ranking and make some notes click on the navigator and then select Booking Match:
