New Items are calculated based on when the record was created. (Creation Date)

Sent CV count comes from journal attachment records where the reference matches the description given for a CV or one of the alternative CVs
Revenue is based on what is entered on placement details for contracts and perms
Calls are calculated on Journals and does the count based on Journal Method:
