Within the Influence database are certain 'equal opportunities' related fields which store information allowing non-sales staff to monitor the performance related to placements.
Previously the Gender field (Male/Female) was set manually and independent from the Title.
After version 1.00.17.100 the field will can be automatically set simply by assigning a Title (Mr/Mrs/Miss) to the candidate.
In the example above, setting the Title to Mr assigns the gender M - Male on the 'Personal' page of the candidate.
Note: The gender assigned to each title is held in the code table Titles [097] in the 'Extra' information. On older systems you will need to go into this code table and add this information. |
How to Edit Code Table
Login as a suitable user (e.g. ADM) and select Maintenance > Setup > Code Tables
Choose the system area as C - Contact Management, then select the code table Titles [097] and tick the Extra Info [ ] box.
Set the relevant gender against each title, then press [OK] when done.
