How do I – Split a Company

It is possible to split a branch from a company so that it becomes its own separate company.

Login to influence with the UserID: ADM (i.e. Administrator user)
(You *must* use the Login ADM - no other login is able to do this.)

Select the company you want to split and use the ‘Branch’ drop down to choose the branch that will be split out. Then click the Branches icon at the top of the screen (looks like a building).

When the Branch Entry screen appears choose the Data menu and then select Create Company from this Branch.

The system will then split the selected BRANCH from this client, and it to create a new COMPANY record.
