Mandatory Booking confirmation to Client and Worker

Release 1.00.17.100 adds a new facility to make booking confirmation (for Temp bookings) Mandatory.

It is possible to force users to send booking confirmation to the Client (company) to the Worker (candidate) or to both.
The confirmations can be optional, mandatory, required the first time the worker goes to a particular site, or the first time the worker is booked for a particular Job (role) at a specific site.

e.g.

In the case of mandatory confirmations the user will be taken straight into the Journal Entry screen to produce the confirmation, and will not be allowed to exit without generating the journal.

The facility is controlled with parameters.

The release after 1.00.17.213 enhances this facility to allow users to force confirmation every time a candidate starts a new 'Requirement'.
