During January we've been working hard on your behalf updating and improving the software, with more great developments in the pipeline for 2013.
Most companies and contacts are now using modern, up-to-date versions of MS Office, or have installed the necessary updates to allow them to view, open and edit the newer format for MS Word files. (*.docx)
In view of this the most recent Influence software update has added the ability to create merge templates using the newer *.dotx files rather than the older *.dot templates used by MS Word 97-2003. These newer document formats support some additional formatting options over their older counterparts and will allow you to create even better looking materials and templates to support your business.
This facility becomes available in Influence Professional ver 1.00.13.030 or later.
